The menu for the October 2009 meeting:
Option 1: Pollo Al Marsala -
Classic pan-fried breast of chicken
deglazed with Marsala wine and finished with demi-glace,
mushrooms and a touch of sweet butter.
Option 2: Pasta Primavera -
Assorted fresh vegetables sautéed in extra virgin olive oil,
tossed with pesto sauce, served over cappelinni
Cash bar available - please tip your server/bartender.
Meeting fee is $25 for members; $35 for non-members; Includes meal, water, coffee or tea, tax, gratuity.

Woman Entrepreneurs Members:
